When he was at the table with them, he took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them.

It is a permanent ineffable metaphysical bond between you the finite being and the infinite in which that which is singly you is held in existence. Identity is fidelity. God is charity. Love unites and redeems the particular person. We should not strive for a mysticism of misdirection.
